Using the Pilates Method as a basis and focus on 3 basic elements we create classes, workouts and private training in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Who is Mike?

Mike Lesser is a native New Yorker who has balanced his life as a Pilates/Fitness Educator with the combination actor/playwright. In 1998,  he was introduced to Pilates and began his quest to generate his own optimal health. By 2006, he was a certified Pilates trainer and has continued his quest by helping anyone within earshot to achieve their own optimal health. He has taught both privately and at the YMCA of Greater New York among other studios in the NYC area for going on ten years.  With a child's energy , a drill sergeant's mind and a clown's demeanor he creates an environment that is educational, effective and most importantly fun. With his focus on form over speed, he creates workouts for all ages, special populations and fitness levels.
