Welcome to Club D’llusion, where Cora wants to fix everyone, Mitch needs to fix everything, Andrea didn’t know she was broken, and Foine Chyna is just trying to fix her wonky eyelash. Inspired by a 2016 article outing Olympic athletes, this play imagines what could have happened in the aftermath—after the story goes too far and the fallout comes crashing back home— local drag, a broken family, “investigative” journalism, and a political landscape on the verge of cracking. So pull out the coins, ’cause they are gonna bring the drama, mama—and if you don’t tip… you might just get dragged through the mud.
